Faber occupies a prominent place in the world of electric fireplaces. Thanks to the high quality, we can provide a one-year warranty on each Faber stove. Furthermore, these are CE approved for all European countries.

Limited Warranty
Faber International BV guarantees this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of its original purchase.

Warranty Conditions

• Gas and electrical products are covered for a period of 1 year from date of the original purchase. The Extendo central heating fireplace is subject to exceptional warranty conditions. The date of purchase is taken from the completed warranty card and sales receipt.
• During the warranty period, replacement parts will be delivered free to the installer. Labour is the responsibility of the owner. Any arising transportation costs are for your account.
• If the installer is unable to repair the unit, Faber International BV, at the installer’s request, will take care of the repair directly.
• All returns to the factory for inspection and/or repair must be pre-authorized by Faber International BV. The completed warranty card and original invoice/sales receipt are also required to accompany the return.
• Service under warranty is to be performed only with the presentation of the warranty card and original invoice. Service performed outside the warranty period will be subject to charges for hourly wage, materials and travelling expenses.
• The product must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions and local building codes. Installation and repairs should be done by a quali?ed service person who should ensure that the flue outlet is working correctly before commencing any work.

• the above conditions have not been fully met;
• the product has been subjected to any unauthorized modi?cations;
• the product has changed ownership;
• the instructions in the manufacturer’s installation and operation manual have not been followed;
• the product has been misused or abused;
• the warranty card cannot be presented together with the original invoice/sales receipt or if any information on the warranty card or sales receipt has been altered, crossed through, deleted or made illegible.

• glass components: no warranty;
• mechanically moving parts and gratings in wood burning products shall be covered for a period of 1 year only.
